Terms of Service

By utilizing any service, content, consultation, assessment, report, educational material, website, communication, product, software tool, data analysis, recommendation, or related offering provided by Karen Bigrigg d/b/a Boobahs, Bigrigg Blueprint for Animal Happiness Solutions ("Boobahs"), and/or Karen Bigrigg individually (collectively, the "Released Parties"), the participant, client, user, customer, pet owner, or representative ("Participant") acknowledges and agrees as follows:

Participant understands that Boobahs is an educational, informational, consulting, and research-oriented platform focused on feline behavior, animal husbandry concepts, educational methodologies, learning tools, observational analysis, practical guidance, and data-informed decision support. Participant acknowledges that Boobahs' services are intended solely to provide educational and informational content and are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure, prevent, or otherwise manage any medical, behavioral, psychological, veterinary, or animal-health condition. Participant expressly acknowledges and agrees that: Karen Bigrigg is not a licensed veterinarian, a licensed veterinary technician, a board-certified veterinary behaviorist and is not acting as an animal-health practitioner regulated by any governmental authority. No veterinarian-client-patient relationship is created through any interaction with Boobahs. No professional diagnosis, prescription, treatment plan, prognosis, or medical opinion is being provided.
Participant further acknowledges that although Karen Bigrigg possesses extensive educational experience, holds a Master's Degree in Education, has significant teaching experience, and has pursued advanced academic study relating to animal behavior, such education does not constitute veterinary licensure or professional animal-health certification. Participant agrees that all information received from Boobahs is educational in nature and must not be relied upon as a substitute for veterinary examination, diagnosis, treatment, emergency care, medication, laboratory testing, or other professional services. Any such care should only be undertaken under the strict supervision of a licensed professional. ALL MATERIALS ARE FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY.
Participant understands that Boobahs makes no guarantees, warranties, representations, promises, or assurances concerning: animal health; animal behavior; animal welfare outcomes; training success; medical outcomes; financial outcomes; product performance; data accuracy; research conclusions; and suitability of recommendations. All services are provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis.
Participant acknowledges that he or she remains solely responsible for: veterinary care; medical decision-making; animal supervision; animal containment; animal handling; compliance with applicable laws; emergency response decisions; decisions regarding implementation of any recommendation. Participant agrees that implementation of any recommendation remains solely within Participant's discretion and responsibility.
Participant knowingly and voluntarily assumes all risks arising from: reliance upon information provided by Boobahs; use of educational materials; implementation of recommendations; interaction with animals; animal injuries; human injuries; property damage; disease exposure; behavioral incidents; and third-party actions.
Participant expressly accepts all foreseeable and unforeseeable risks associated with such activities. Participant releases, waives, discharges, and forever relinquishes any and all claims against the Released Parties arising from or relating to: personal injury; property damage; economic loss; veterinary expenses; medical expenses; emotional distress; animal injury; animal death; data inaccuracies; and reliance upon information provided. This release applies to claims sounding in negligence, ordinary negligence, errors, omissions, breach of duty, misrepresentation, and any similar theory of liability to the fullest extent permitted by law.
